Return & Refund Policy

At CapiLume, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, our policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@capilume.com within the 14-day period.

2. Returning Your Item

  • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@capilume.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exemptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

  • Sale items marked as “final sale.”

6. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@capilume.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship your item back to us within the return window.
